So I'm so far impressed with:
--The hairstyles, there's so many to choose from
--The voice acting
--The spell effects, here's some examples
11-09-04 Sapphire Sniper, Mage Spell - Lightning Burst
11-09-04 Sapphire Sniper, Mage Spell - Lightning Burst 2
11-09-04 Sapphire Sniper, Mage Spell - Arcane Binding
11-09-04 Moleni, Scout Ability - Pathfinder
--The interface, it's so customizable
--The racial sight abilities, here's some examples
11-09-04 Moleni, Wood Elf Infravision
11-09-04 Sapphire Sniper, Erudite Aura Sight
11-21-04 Kirieya, Dark Elf Ultravision
--The screenshots come in JPG format
--The Citizenship quest for Qeynos was really neat :) wish Canada's was!

And not impressed with:
--The hair colors, there's so few and most don't really look different
--The facial features sliders, unless you go to either end of the bar it's hard to see any difference
--The quests, they're a little hard to follow and if you die while killing X # of ___ it seems to mess up the count. I was sent to destroy 5 crates, I died after the 3rd one and went back and destroyed 6 more and my quest counter didn't go up until I ran back to town.
--Getting my ass handed to me while trying to find the green goo I'm supposed to kill after I spent time grinding up 2 levels (to lvl 5)
--Neither the tutorial messages nor any npc mentioned using the bells to get around to nearby zones. I was looking for The Caves for hours before I finally asked in /ooc and was told to ring the bell at the docks.
